We have just had our panels installed so have not been able to turn them on yet while we wait for BGE. But I can attest to their customer service as being excellent. Phone calls were returned promptly as were emails. Questions were answered in full. All the workmen involved with the installation were polite, considerate of my gardens, and also answered all my questions. They have led us through this process and made sure that there were no other questions on our part. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
