Before we talked to SunBlue we had received three other estimates and had pretty much decided on another installer. However, SunBlue's presentation, transparency, and ability to intelligently answer all our questions was by far the best we experienced. They were able to describe and provide documentation about everything (all the equipment, process, etc), were on top of getting the permit, interacting with the utility, etc. SunBlue wasn't the cheapest (they weren't trying to sell us less efficient commercial panels for one) but they weren't the most expensive and the additional cost was well worth the level of customer service, professionalism, and comfort I had with them.
