Although this company seems to have a problem with communicating with their customers, I have had a positive experience with Ann. She has been very helpful and professional with my situation. If you are part of the TVEC Co-op, make sure the your solar installers work with TVEC to avoid delays in obtaining your permission to operate agreement. Still waiting for emvirsolar to come and install a breaker between the solar system's disconnect switch and the connection to my power company's grid connection.
