Overall the process was smooth and done in a timely fashion. Have already received a partial Bill from JEA for 16 days and the saving are running about 50% over the last years billing. For a full 30 day cycle it should be about a break even picture which was what I was after. Anything on the plus side will add up at the end of the year in a check to me from JEA!! Nicely done.
