My small off-grid solar electric self-installed system needed repairs which were handled professionally and efficiently with excellent equipment and performs without a glitch for five years now. However, I tried to contact IWS for an additional system upgrade last year and could not get them to respond to email or phone requests. I had to go elsewhere. Am I too rural? Am I too small?
