Framingham Install

In my search for a solar company, I used the reviews posted online to tip the scales. The company responses to negative issues were impressive - tells me Boston Solar wants to finish the job well. The entire process from sales, installation, to completion went exactly to plan. In particular - I was assigned a project leader - Mali. She communicated to me throughout the process and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Having the project leader was a key factor in the overall experience - and thus I have already recommended Boston Solar to a friend - who in turn will likely purchase from Boston Solar. Another plus - the installers are part of the company, not sub-contractors. The salesman was local to my town - so I had easy access to him - Tom. Lastly - I had to get to a place where my wife would like how the install would look on the roof. I spent extra time with Boston Solar on where the inverters would be installed and the piping runs. Boston Solar executed on my requests very well. Now I am getting compliments from the neighbors saying how well the install on my roof looks. Bottom Line: Easy to work with, great communications and a job well done on the install. I can't ask for more. Time to now save on that electric bill !
