I was excited to get panels on my roof, but this had to be one of the most frustrating processes I've ever been through with a contractor. I had them install panels late last year and the entire process was one big headache. I've never dealt with a company with such poor communication. They didn't communicate with me and they didn't seem to communicate with each other. Most of my questions went unanswered and the salesman didn't really know much of anything about solar. I was directed to their sales manager, Justin, several times but wouldn't ever bother to call me back. I'm glad I went solar, but I wish I would have done it with a more professional company.
