We had a few small problems with the install, wound up putting us behind for the turn on date. I'm still giving 5 stars as communication was truly excellent throughout the process and every person who came to our house made us comfortable they were there. This company really cares about customer service and it shows. Loved our sales guy, Rich, who followed through way after the sale was done and his responsibility was over.
