I requested a solar survey and these guys impressed me from the start with a prompt follow up call to schedule the survey. Evan came out to my remote location with a preliminary plan in hand. When he saw the huge trees shading my house the rooftop install plan was changed to a ground install in my pasture. Artisan took care of all the permits, which turned out to be a hassle for Gordon due to my location having some special complications. They gave me a break in cost to do the trenching and digging post holes with my tractor. They didn't nickel & dime me with some items with my garage wiring that were found to be wrong- just fixed it and didn't charge me extra. It was enjoyable to see the crew be so enthusiastic about the project- they seem to really believe solar power is the way to go. I agree with that.<br />The best part is that with my conservation and their conservative production estimate, I haven't had to pay for electricity since the system came online.<br />I had to experience their excellent warranty service after a couple years when one of my inverters started acting up. Jason brought a new inverter with him on the call and replaced mine. The problem was with the manufacturer, not the installation. I have had no problems since. <br />I have recommended Artisan to several friends, one of them had them install on his house, and they sent me a thank you bonus.
