The salesman, Jerrod, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the solar industry. He kept in constant contact with us and answered each and every question that we had. We were scheduled for our install back in Dec. of 2017, but due to an unexpected medical emergency, the company was very responsive to our needs and allowed us to postpone the install at a later date (March, 2018) until we were able to recover from the medical incident. We were never once pestered by the company to complete the install, but Jerrod was in contact with us periodically to see how we were doing. We really appreciated his concern for our welfare and never once bugged about getting the install done. Overall, we were very impressed with the sales and the installation. The installers were right on time the morning of the install. I don't remember all their names, but every one of them was more than ready to answer any questions that I had about what they were doing. They even played with our dog in the backyard. The finished job looks very professional, from running the conduit from my attic to the breaker panel to the inverter outside by my meter, to the panels mounted on my roof. I couldn't believe that they could have gotten all that work done in just 7 hours and still make it to another job that same day. They were very clean when working inside of my house and when the job was done, they cleaned up everything, including sweeping out my garage. They explained the operation of the inverter, how to turn it on and off, the do's and don't and everything in between. Can't wait to get this thing inspected and signed off so that we can start making our own power. I am giving them a 5 star review on everything except the after sales support, which we haven't had yet.
