From initial contact to installation, this was an easy, productive and totally comfortable experience. I did not feel pressured or intimidated and was able to get all questions and concerns addressed in a thoughtful and polite manner. I felt like we were friends with every person we came in contact with and the care and concern did not end with installation. I had questions about the amount of our APS bill after installation and Patrick was amazingly helpful and attentive to my issues. This is an excellent company with a stellar group of employees.
