The sales process involved a lot of information/data, some of it seemed to be conveyed incorrectly. However, a few calls to the customer support line and we were all straightened out. The customer support was great and easy to get somebody helpful on the line. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The whole process was extremely timely. I would definitely recommend this company.
