Deciding to have solar installed at out home was intimidating trying to understand the process and detail as a consumer. Whidbey Sun and Wind was very easy to work with, patient, and wanted to make sure we fully understood the entire process. The Project Manager/Estimator was very professional, had timely and punctual communication, was open to questions and concerns about the installation, and was low pressure on making a decision.<br /><br />The purchasing process was easy to understand and their mock-ups showing how the installation would look after installed was very helpful in choosing the layout and finishes. <br /><br />The installation process was on-time, the array was installed in a professional manner, and they left the work area in a clean condition.<br /><br />It was a pleasure working with everyone at the company and I highly recommend them to anyone.
