SE World carried us through the process with flying colors--until activation. There was no checking with me after BGE finished their installation to see that activation had, in fact, occurred. As it turns out, I was told--by the BGE guy that to activate all I had to do was throw the inside switch. This was half true. I simple visit to the outside would have shown me that there was an obvious on switch there, and other activation indicators. I was not apprised of this nor did anyone check back with me to see if activation was OK. I found out by going on line that I was not active. From there it was a matter of a couple of days. I would still recommend this company and hope this will help them and others to cross that final 't'.
