1) Installed two of the panels incorrectly. Took 6 months for them to correct.<br />2) Installed only half of the panels I needed. My true-ups every year were $1,500+<br />3) One of the panel brackets leaked through my roof during last hard rain. Water started dripping through a dome light in kitchen. Called owner Kenny M. and their office. No answer, and no return call from my voice message. Had to hire another contractor to come out and pay for emergency repair.<br />Incompetence in calculating, installing, and after purchase service. This company sucks.
