The company was the lowest of three other bidders and proposed the best rated panels.<br />All activities were completed professionally and on time.<br />A minor hiccup after installation was resolved in under 12 hours after Cosmic became aware of the problem.<br />I would recommend Cosmic for anyone living in the San Diego area.
