Kelly and the entire team at NRG were simply amazing. <br />I signed the contract very late (first week of November) but urged them to try and meet the Dec 1st 2017 deadline (SDGE rate change). I was not very hopeful as other companies were quoting timelines of 2 months or so, but NRG installed and secured the permits in a matter of less than a week and I got my PTO several days before the deadline. <br /><br />I was completely at awe at how they pulled it off. <br /><br />Also their customer service was excellent. Tiffany was the one who worked with me from the office regarding permits, paperwork etc. and she was very professional and responsive. <br />Their team also walked me through the operation of the system including the monitoring app and what various things mean on the Inverter's UI. <br />I couldn't have been more happier. I referred them to many of my friends and will continue to do so.
