The process to get the job started was slow which impacted the overall rating. I think they were overwhelmed with the popularity of the "Energize" program in Connecticut at the time. I pushed them to fit the max number of panels on the roof and go with higher end inverters during the design process; so I would have capacity for a geothermal heating/cooling system. Their designer knows his stuff. It's silly to be impatient though, because I haven't had solar my entire life... so what's a few months more? Once they got started it went pretty well and they always communicated before showing up to do work. They did a great job with the panel installation. The heart of the system is really the inverters and the various electrical... which far exceeds expectation.
