Contracted to have 40+ panels and a Tesla power wall installed. Approximately 1 year later after only hearing from them when I initiated a call they finally started the install. The installers left packaging in the yard and took a couple of months to install, again with no word from them for weeks at a time. They told the finance company that the install was finished prior to it passing inspection and being turned on which triggered payments. It didn't pass inspection no word from them, they “corrected†the wrong thing and it didn't pass again still no word from them. Again they have “corrected†the wrong thing but I have yet to hear from them when an inspector will come out to tell them that they did it wrong again. I have never been so frustrated with a contractor!!!
