From first contact to final turn-on and after the Black Platinum team was terrific! Every detail explained and every question answered, no matter how simple. John was involved in every step and was patient with my questions. Analyzed my past annual usage and designed a system that I expect to cover 100% of my energy needs. Installed on October '17 and my bill went from my $220.00 equalizer payment to $4.08 for November! Couldn't be happier!
