They told us that the production would be greater than what is being produced. The company stated that the energy efficiency package would reduce my energy usage by 25 percent. The little insulation that was blown in and light bulbs did not save me 25 percent. They should not factor this in and give straight production numbers. Very misleading. Calling customer service is an absolute nightmare. They are totally rude when trying to understand how they get their numbers. They said I would save money from day one but my expenses have actually went up 20 percent.
