My sale representative Erik Lingren was very ambitious and prompt to all of my needs. Mr. Lingren provided to me all of the necessary information and went above and beyond to get me extra incentives that Horizon Solar had to offer at the time. My only complaint would be the communication aspect or lack there of between the installation crews and them correlating times with county inspectors. The installation crews and inspectors missed each other on multiple occasions during my install therefore proplonging the installation.
