I was a very big skeptic when it came to solar panels. A sales representative from Trinity solar panel was in the neighborhood and stopped by to speak with me. I honestly just spoke with him because I thought it would be rude not to. However after speaking with him, and doing research, I decided to take the plunge. During the entire process I was skeptical and very nervous about making a mistake and getting into something I would regret later. But I was very satisfied with the care and quick responses to my questions throughout the process. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with my questions. I also had a wonderful experience with the Trinity office. The installation of my solar panels only took one day. The crew was amazing, very professional, and picked everything up at the end of the service. The County inspections occurred in a timely fashion and they even sent someone out from Trinity Solar to turn the system on per my request. After my panels were turned on, I did experience issues with the electricity in my home and breakers shutting off. I immediately called the Trinity office and they promptly requested a master electrician to come out and inspect the breakers and amount of electricity being used by my home. He was excellent and provided incredible peace of mind. So far my experience with Trinity Solar, the sales representative, and the installation process has been very positive and professional. I have not received my first electric bill yet since my solar energy has been turned on, but I do hope I will see a change in my costs due to this installation.
