This is one of the best companies I've ever hired for my home improvement projects. Their price was the best one among the offered by several Solar companies and I own the Solar Panel System. My Solar Panel System has been running just fine since day one, 11/16/2017. I didn't know any of their employees beforehand. I searched online and checked quite a few Solar companies' customer reviews and picked up them since they have been one of the highly scored Solar companies. I called them and based upon my phone conversations with them I felt they were little bit different than a lot of other companies in the Solar industry - customer oriented from everyone i talked with, honest, did what they said and said what they did. I had few concerns during the project implementation and they addressed for me via their mindset “customers are always the firstâ€. My experiences with them from management to the Solar installation crew were great and they were very professional, well educated and disciplined. The work was very well done with quality and I can tell since I come from electrical engineering background and I have been paying significant attentions to Solar industry for several years. The crew said to me that they took honor for their installation jobs when I asked them why you did it this way and not the other ways and other kinds of install related questions during installing my Solar Panel System. Their CEO and the company co-founder Scott M called me on a weekend after the project was completed and asked my feedback and I told him that you were lucky having very good employees and mgmt teams working with you and you have large company's quality client services processes and small company's working culture, i.e. helping each other to make customers happy. I told him to treat his staff well and they are his valuable asset. With these employees they are going to reach to the next success level. And he told me that it took 15 years for them to have current well established work processes. By the way I never knew and had phone calls with him before. I should say that I was also lucky finding a such good Solar company for my Solar Panel System project since you may already know nowadays it's not easy to get good companies for your home improvement projects. Now you should realize that you won't get wrong to give your home Solar Panel Installation project to them.<br /><br />Cheers!<br />Ming<br />-------------------------<br />UPDATE MAY 2018:<br /> At the end of last year I wrote about my wonderful solar panel project experiences with Sunation Solar Systems at Solar Reviews website. Now I updated my solar panels status with real dollar numbers so you can see how happy I've been with my solar panels.<br /><br />Sunation installed my solar panel in mid of November last year. Starting from this March my monthly electrical bill has gone down zero usage (actually I have credits electricity generated from my solar panels) and I've only paid the service charges which is $11ish ever since. That being said my yearly electrical bill cost will be around $140 and in seven-eight years my solar panel investment cost will be completely paid back. After that my solar panels will make money for me, i.e. several thousand dollars per year.
