We had a home system with 22 panels installed by Creative Solar in July 2017 as part of a city push to have more than 100 homes in Decatur install solar (goal met and exceeded). Creative Solar was pre-screened and selected as the contractor by the coalition of organizations (Sierra Club, Environment GA, etc) and the City promoting Decatur's solar push. We had an excellent experience with Creative Solar, from start to finish, from deciding on configuration and size, finalizing plans, permitting, installation, grid hookup and wifi app for online monitoring. We interacted with quite a few people from Creative Solar and everyone was great -- professional, reliable, enthusiastic and helpful. We've been glad to stay in touch with Creative Solar and strongly recommend them. They continue to be easily available to us when we have a question. We're very glad we finally jumped into solar and very glad that we did this with Creative Solar.
