I signed a contract with them back in March of 2017 and had issues with the initial inspection. The employee made an appointment to do the inspection and never showed. Then called and made another appointment, and rescheduled multiple times and when he did show up, he took 10 minutes max, when I was told it would take about 45 mins. This was concerning because I wanted them to have all the information they needed to be sure it was done correctly. The company apologized, and had someone else come out and redo the inspection the next day. There was a 19 week wait to install the panels, and the sales guy offered a $500 rebate back for the long wait time. In June, they gave a date for install, and after waiting for them to show all week. I finally called them and they said the panels were to be delivered at the end of the week. So they would be there the following week, and they didn't call ahead of time to let me know about the delay. After that the install went well and had no problems. I spoke with a company representative the following week as he walked me through their app and my system, at that time I mentioned the $500 rebate. He assured me that if would be no problem and would get that to me. Now, 5 months later, no rebate. I have called and continue to get the run around. I love the panels but hate the company. I would not recommend them to anyone. For a very large purchase, I would expect more professionalism.
