Jeff and Patrick conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Jeff kept us updated on th eproject`s process by e-mail, always letting us know when we could expect them to be back at work. They were very knowledgeable, explaining the system patiently until we understood everything.<br />The purchase incentives were a state rebate and federal tax credit. The contractor deducted the state rebate off the price of the job, but we will apply the federal credit on our tax forms.
