We hired Hudson Solar to add more panels to an existing system on our roof that was meeting about 65% of our annual electricity needs. They designed and installed an expansion that puts us just over 100%. We contacted Hudson Solar first because we knew their sales person from our original purchase from Alteris Solar (who we were very pleased with), and it turns out that several other former Alteris staff work for Hudson now too. In short, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable; the installation crew was very efficient, neat and friendly; and their communication and handling of paperwork was excellent. Best of all, the price dropped by more than 20% from the initial estimate to the final agreement because of a price reduction for SunPower panels. The finished system looks great and requires absolutely no maintenance on our part, and will pay for itself in less than 10 years. I have recommended Hudson Solar to anyone I know who is interested in a solar photovoltaic system.
