I had my system go live on 10/4/17 the inverter and phone app read "0 Kwh". At the end of each day there is a difference (1 to 3 Kwh) of readings from the inverter and the phone app. As of 10/27/17 the inverter reading is 753 KWh and the phone app is 779 KWh. I am unable to get customer support to tell me why this is happening. They do not answer the phone and no response to email
