We are coming up on our almost one year anniversary of having solar and couldn't be happier! From our initial contact with Jose and ALL our questions, to install with the team, to completion, we couldn't be more Satisfied. Everyone was so professional. We never felt like we were just a client to Cosmic, it was always personal.. even when seeing Our reps in town! A month down the road we noticed we had a question with our system, I texted Jose on a Saturday and instead of waiting.. he immediately stopped by to check on our system for us.. the customer service is beyond anything we have ever experienced. My only regret is waiting so long to get solar!! We have had a few months of a negative bill also!! Say what!! When ever anyone asks about our solar we love telling them about Cosmic and Joses team!!
