From start to finish the people of New Clean Energy (NCE) were professional, courteous,helpful and very responsive. The home visit for the initial sales presentation was more then what we expected (given we had already talked with 3 other solar companies). The information and proposed plan that was given to us at the end of the visit helped convince us that we were moving in the correct direction to saving on our energy costs. After deciding to go with NCE, everything seemed to get easier because they assigned a single person to be our contact for everything (Thank You Tracy!).<br />We received phone calls and email every step of the way, which kept us informed during each phase of the install. Our installation team was the BEST!!! They showed up on time, told me exactly what they wanted to do, asked my opinion and explained what they were doing as they did it. We had all the panels installed on the back side of the house, not only do they look AWESOME, but they blend in very well. Matter of fact if you don't look up at the roof you would never know we had solar! <br />The only negative about the whole process was having to wait for the utility company (Unitil) to approve and install the net meter. Even though the installation was completed late in the season, we have seen a significant savings in our electric bill. Over $100 in the first full month (September), can't wait until next summer! <br />We would absolutely recommend NCE (and we have to multiple friends and neighbors already) as the BEST solar company around.
