My system was finally fully installed about two and a half months ago. The process took from late March through the end of July to complete then my referral check took about 3 months to show up. The install and energizing of the system was delayed at least 2 months due to a myriad of issues. Had I let Blue Raven "handle everything," as they said they would do, I believe I would have a bill to pay and still not have a solar system installed or operating. My experience was one of constantly being told things would happen, then having nothing happen until I called asking how to opt out of the contract I signed, or asking how to get the ornamental solar system off my roof, or doing much of the leg work myself. I was told that I "slipped through the cracks," that my experience was representative of an "outlier," and that "this is not how Blue Raven operates." The odd thing is that my referral and I (he signed up two weeks after me.before any of the bad stuff started manifesting itself) both had the same experience. <br /><br />My sales guy was on point, met his obligations as I understood them. Once the system was installed and then immediately repaired for lack of a better term, it has run well and the install was clean and professional. <br /><br />Customer service was nice enough and seemed like get wanted to help but feeling like I was getting the run around was constant once my contract was signed.<br /><br />Long and short, if I kept a fire lit under someone, stuff got done, if I didn't nothing happened. <br /><br />Will I recommend them to anyone else, no. <br /><br />We'll see if they live up to the rest of their promises, but given my experiences so far and what the panels are producing I'm not optimistic.
