very poor technical support

You can call the tech support help line - they will give you a 50 min wait or the option to chat with them online....Well the online experience is probably worse. After 45 min the website states that the window has been inactive for too long....and resets itself....so you can enter you question again...but best of all - you are at the back of the queue...<br />What kind of support is this?
