Do not use this company they get a 1 because no 0! They will abandon you after installation. We purchased a 2.3kw system for our passive solar house in 2005. Our system went down around 2.5-3 years ago. It took 1 year for them to respond at all after many, many calls. They first replaced the inverter which did nothing. Their next step was to tell us that our panels had been struck by lightning and might not be under warranty, but the evidence wasn't there. Next step replace a few panels that were bad which took another year. The same day those were installed they said other panels were bad and were dragging down system. 6 months later, still no solar, and they will not return call. Bend OR location
