customer service extremely disappointing

Sales rep never showed for our first scheduled appointment, and I had a friend who also took the time to be there, as she was interested in getting information. During installation, they broke my well pump, costing me thousands of dollars more than quoted and several days without water. Once my system was installed and approved by the power company, I ended up having to turn the system on myself, however the electrician on my job was very helpful and over the phone, walked me through this. I was never certain it was actually turned on correctly, though. I called the sales rep who was supposed to return and give me instructions after installation. Several days passed and no return call from him. I called again the next week. He returned my call, stating he was on vacation this week, (not the previous week when I initially called) and would return my call right when he returned to work. No problem. However, not only did he not return my call the next week when he returned from vacation, he NEVER returned my call. Approximately 4 months went by, and I was still unsure whether my system was really working. It was winter time by then. I called the fellow AGAIN in the spring, left a message, and again NEVER HEARD BACK after several days of waiting. Not even a call to acknowledge that I was asking for the follow up training. I contacted the electrician again. The electrician was kind enough to suggest I call the owner. The owner seemed very helpful, and was willing to come and walk me through my solar power system, but by that time, toward the end of the school year, I did not have any available days to meet with him due to my hectic schedule. He told me just to get ahold of him whenever I had time. I texted him a week ago, and have not heard back from him at all. An employee of the Net Metering program at Pacific Power spent FAR more time explaining what she could over the phone than Ellensburg Solar has. I had 70 panels installed, maybe a small job for this company but it was a huge decision for me to do this. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the very poor service to their customers. I have not and will not recommend them to anyone else who is thinking about solar power. Here I am with a system I don't really understand, months after installation. Wish they were not paid until they met their end of the bargain. Paperwork states under Ellensburg Solar LLC Responsibilities "train you on your new system". I completely understand if they are busy or on vacation, but to never even get a reply from them is terrible service.
