Do not recommend

Vivint installed our solar panels six months ago. Since that time our inverter has melted two times. Both times we noticed the fault light, called to report it and were given appointment times one month out. Each time the tech would show up. Say the part was bad and disappear. We would have to follow up w Vivint to ask for a status only to be told the next appt would be another two to three weeks. In the meantime we are being billed but not producing electricity. The customer service reps do not understand customer service and the manager will not provide us with a customer advocacy hotline. I encourage you to stay away from this company. Their customer service and repair times are he worst
