My wife and I had been considering solar for some time - we have modest electricity consumption into Tier 2 typically, however, the cost/performance improvements convinced us it was time to act. We are delighted with every aspect of our transaction with SolarNorcal, In the initial system configuration and pricing stage Heath answered all of our questions and did not engage in "high pressure" sales techniques - quite the opposite (5 stars). Price (5 stars). When it came time for the installation Steve and his team did great work - very careful and tidy and paid great attention to detail. (5 stars) . Then came the time of "switch on" - I got very clear instructions and explanations of the installation and the on-line monitoring application which allows me to see system performance on a monthly/daily/hourly basis - by individual panel if I wish. (5 stars). VERY HAPPY - Thank you SolarNorcal.
