Quick opening remark. Kevin and Steve are consummate professionals. Beginning to end, and after. I have based my whole professional career on a few basic principals. Set expectations, Meet or exceed those expectations, and always move forward in a positive manner. The Nickels group does exactly that.<br /><br />Framing up the job and setting the expectations. Kevin is a tireless manager. And he has many tools at his disposal to write a Statement of Work that is clear, concise and has plenty of detail. But I think I drove Kevin pretty hard for detail, as I like to have every duck in a row before I pull the trigger on a project like this. Kevin was there to answer every question and make adjustments to the scope, always well documented. And that Scope is the expectation I had when I signed, both on the physical installation as well as all the financial aspects, including the tax incentives.<br /><br />Meeting and exceeding. I didn't get much face time with Steve. He is the engineer and installation manager behind the scenes. But his work was on time, clean, and completely within the scope we set. I could not be happier with the installation work.<br /><br />On the Financial end. You may be a bit nervous entering a venture like this. And you must do your own homework and have your own comfort level. The facts here are the 'Cost of Ownership' is exactly what we scoped out and the big tax credit checks where exactly what we expected. After all getting those credits back is huge. <br /><br />So now we sit back, get on the web, and watch the sun turn into dollars on the handy monitoring system. It's pretty cool.
