The sales and install people are excellent. Unfortunately, once you're signed on and installed, they've got you over a barrel and will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to work with you to resolve disputes. Their billing office doesn't talk to the sales people, so they will charge whatever they want and ignore the legal documents that were signed. Avoid this company at all cost, it's a big scam and there's nothing you can do after you've signed the paperwork.<br />And when they call to harass you (and they will, over and over and over again...), they block their caller ID. They're ashamed to admit to who they are.<br />I would have rated this a zero stars if I could, but the system requires me to give them at least one.
