I wish I could choose zero stars. I am writing this survey to try and save you. This company is NOT worth your dime. There are better ones out there. Deal directly with the company that will install and monitor your panels, not these guys. This company blames EVERYTHING on their partners. I mean everything. they accept no responsibility for anything. Here's my quick break down of my experience over 4 months and 3 weeks. <br />My husband noticed a leak in the garage. Turns out the panels that were installed two years ago were installed incorrectly. there were over two dozen holes in my roof that were supposed to have been drilled in to the studs and weren't. Due to the slope of my roof, we had no idea until there were many days of rain. <br />We reported this to sunnova. They dropped the ball and didn't dispatch the third party company until 3 weeks later. <br />Long story short, the damage was so bad, that they had to replace my entire roof. Out of 40 boards, they had to replace 35. <br />This cost my husband and I, 12 vacation / sick days from work. Approximately 50 hours of manual labor, as we removed sheetrock, insulation etc. PS. the only way we got the ball rolling was when we put a better business complaint in. <br />New Roof - great! <br />Do I trust it? - not really! <br />My Favorite part: the system was OFF the roof for 5 weeks while they replaced my roof, removed the system etc. I asked Sunnova for a credit - since they continued to bill us $175 per month for their junk system. Their response was "ma'am you rent the equipment if it was on or off the roof doesn't matter. You have the equipment, so you pay for it."<br /><br />You may not know me, but you should trust my review - they are awful. awful. awful.
