Shoddy work. Won't answer calls. Won't repair items they incorrectly built/won't stand behind their work. His way of calling back is language comprised of vulgar language with threats.<br /><br />A real business man.<br /><br />Herb Ortiz / Herbert Ortiz simply wants a contract and your money - he does not know how to execute any of this work. Completely incompetent. <br /><br />We had to find a different contractor to fix the damages they caused from an improper installation.
