There was more than one delay in the installation schedule, which complicated getting time off work to be on site. However, the reasons were sufficiently explained and I accepted the apologies.<br /><br />The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I am completely satisfied with the end result.<br />I submitted RFQs to several installers, but Energy Concepts was the only one to respond in a timely manner. Due to my satisfaction with the initial contacts, I did not pursue other bids.<br /><br />I preferred to manage the interconnection (net-metering) agreement with the utility and the application and approval of the state rebate even though Energy Concepts was willing and capable of doing it.
