Awesome service and communication from start to finish!

In December, we found a very friendly Rep by the name of Bryce at our door. He told us about Vivint, and asked if we were interested in solar. We had looked a year before after we bought our home, only to realize it was too expensive. Vivint was different- they made it cost effective for us! A contractor came out and did an exact wattage measurement from our roof, and Bryce explained all the numbers from watts to timeline to price tag- without beating around the bush. My husband and I decided to go for it. Bryce was in communication with us every step of the way, from panel layout, installation (talk about fast work!), inspection, and the meter update through Duke Energy. If I could go back and do it again, I would hands down. Our new meter was finally installed today (the panels have been installed place since December, but between the holidays and inspection and Duke dragging their feet, the whole process took around 2 months.) and already we are seeing the numbers on the meter change, despite cloud coverage. <br /><br />It's atypical, but our panels should cover nearly 97% of our electric usage. We have a 1300 Sq ft home, and a giant oak in the neighbors yard that shades us for nearly 4 hours a day. If you're on the fence, just go for it and have Vivint check what going Solar could mean for you!
