Camper Van

I came in to get a price on installing solar panels to my camper van. They told me around $1600 which I agreed to. They asked me to put down $500 for the inverter which I did. Then when the install occurred, they told me to pick up my van I'd need to pay $1900 which I did because I want my van. So, instead of $1600 it came to $2400. Now, I have been using it and it is not hooked up to my electrical system so I have to run a cord out the back window to the Shore Power, and to the inverter on the inside for the electrical to work. I doubt it is even hooked up to the Deep Cycle Battery as it makes a noise when charging with shore power and does not make noise when solar is on. So, basically the solar power is only useable from the inverter and it only lasts for about 3 hours of TV viewing and with one string of christmas lights. I'm very disappointed. Now I need to go someplace else to have it fixed. I got the impression that they were too busy to properly tell me how it's installed. They left the deep cycle battery lid open andI hope it is not leaking fumes into my bedroom.
