My review of Blue Raven will not be the typical you would expect to read… We had problems throughout when it came to the contract/loan papers and miscommunications all along the way. I thought we knew the questions to ask, but at the end of the day, we missed some of the questions that should have been asked. They failed to ask us some as well and between both, problems were created by that. It did take several back and forth calls and e-mails to get this fixed. We even had the VP's call us and discuss the problems we were seeing. At the end of the day, Jeff Lee (VP of Sales) made everything right by us and took ownership of the failed communications. Jeff was a pleasure to talk to and work with. He really took the time to understand our side and wanted to hear the bad parts and not just what went right. He ensured that what we “thought†we would be getting was exactly what they delivered. In hind sight, had I known the questions and call outs that needed to happen, this would have been a much smoother process. Even though this was not a smooth process and had its bumps, I really would recommend Blue Raven and have done so. Knowing we had problems and they made them right, is “stand up†in my eyes and much appreciated by my wife and me.
