You will be rewarded with service from a company that has given new meaning to "customer service" -- a visit by the personable and knowledgeable owner, frequent informed updates from the office staff (thank you, Mary), to friendly and professional installers --- all at a price we found to be fair and competitive. In the end, everyone at Cosmic appeared to share with us the magic moment when we moved the switch from off to ON -- even though they likely had done this hundreds of times.
