We had all of our questions answered by our ASD Rep., Lew Friant from the first day onward! What made us go with ASD was the fact that unlike the others, we are billed a fixed rate every month, and with NO YEARLY INCREASE, also ASD DOES NOT make you pay for solar energy over what you use! (VERY IMPORTANT when checking out the other companies fine print!) The guys who installed the system were great! (And out of the 350 sunny days we get here in the High Desert, it was cold and drizzling!) They went the extra mile with heavy duty panel hardware and matching (That's right, MATCHING) paint! And, they REPAIRED our concrete tile roof where needed! Everyone involved was a professional, and did excellent work! When Edison FINALLY sent the ok to turn on the system an ASD Rep. showed up and went through every detail on how to activate the system with us. GREAT WORK American Solar Direct!
