I highly recommend Edgewater Energy. I did a lot of research before choosing them to do my solar. I chose Edgewater for several reasons. The owner of the company, Kevin Crout, personally came out to my house, assessed my needs, determined the best location for the panels and put together a very reasonable proposal, listening to my needs and installed quality USA made products. <br />I chose Edgewater because I wanted a company with a superior BBB rating, who had great reviews on the web, was locally owned and operated, had been in the area for many years with a good reputation and would be around to service what they sell. Edgewater Energy is all about that and more.<br />We are very pleased with the solar panels. They were placed at an optimal location on our roof and look great. They have already brought our net electric consumption to close to zero.<br />Edgewater does more than solar- they put up a thermashield product in my attic that does a great job reducing the temperature in my home in the summer. He installed a solar attic fan that helps pull the heat out of the attic. He installed a hybrid water heater which itself will save me over $250 a year. He also connected my generator to run our well and refrigerator during power outages. Edgewater is truly an energy company- they do solar and so much more to make the home energy efficient and comfortable.<br />The crews they sent out were very courteous, professional, and people that you can trust in your home. They did quality work, were eager to please, and always checked with us to make sure we were pleased with the work that was done as the job progressed. At the end of the day they would let us know how things were progressing and when they would return and then clean up and haul off any trash. <br />My experience with Edgewater has truly been exceptional.
