Mass Renewables gave us a great solar experience! From their no-pressure salesperson to their flexible and easy installation and set-up, the entire process went very smoothly and was handled quite well! <br /><br />Their salesperson was very knowledgeable about the solar industry and was able to explain the overall benefits of solar as well as the differences between Mass Renewables and their competitors from firsthand experience. She was a no pressure sales person that gave us the information and allowed us to make the decision without pushing us into anything. <br /><br />The installation and set-up process were also flawless. The installers were very courteous and considerate. They did a nice job explaining what they were doing as well as making sure they cleaned up after themselves. In addition, they were very flexible and worked around our schedule. <br /><br />Finally, Mass Renewables did a great job as project managers, helping us with every part of the solar experience, all the way from providing us easy to use financing options to connecting us with National Grid to setting us up with someone who can manage the SREC program for us. They are a full-service operation that does it all! <br /><br />We are thrilled to have converted to solar energy and are so happy to be working with Mass Renewables. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is considering converting to solar.
