Our experience with Alta Sol was wonderful! <br />Prior to installing our solar system we researched several companies and had multiple bids. The Alta Sol team was the most knowledgeable, had a better product and a lower price than the competition. <br />We appreciated their ability to answer the many questions we had, and the time they took to explain different scenarios for our system. We were impressed with their teams knowledge and ability to provide answers. This was the main selling point for us as we wanted a good product that would be the best fit for our situation. They were quick to respond, as well as take care of issues with the city and their permits and inspections. <br />Their installers were professional and took the time needed to do a great job. Our attic proved to be a challenge and they spent more time than planned in order to do it right. In bitter cold, no short cuts were made. A contractor came to see our system a short while ago and remarked that everyone did an excellent job from start to finish .<br />The project took longer to complete than I thought it would have, but the hold up was with our city, who was backlogged with solar inspections, not Alto Sol. <br />We are very happy and would recommend this company without reservation - thanks for a great job Alta Sol!<br /><br />Rosie Erni
